Leadership
Founding Partner
Matthew is a Texas CPA with more than 15 years in finance and investing. He began in KPMG’s Audit and Advisory practice and SunTrust’s (now Truist) Corporate and Investment Banking Group, focusing on capital structure and debt financing, before moving into hedge funds, alternative investments and family offices. He is also an active real estate investor across short-term rentals, renovations and development projects.
Founding Partner
Ben is a CPA whose background spans mergers and acquisitions consulting, wealth management and audit at Baker Tilly, UBS Wealth Management and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since 2018 he has led more than 250 real estate transactions across the Southeast, keeping buyers, sellers and investors informed at every step. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Texas Tech and a master’s in accounting from UT Arlington.
